Implement Time Matters customized for Property Management

They turned to Abacus Consulting, LLC to roll out a more affordable and feature complete solution based on Time Matters Enterprise.

The Solution

Abacus Consulting, LLC creates custom Time Matters forms that are a super-set of the forums currently being utilized in Microsoft Exchange. All existing data is migrated from the Exchange platform to Time Matters, and training is provided for office staff.

Levereging the power of the Matter record within Time Matters, we significantly improve the utility of their data management solution and workflow by tracking additional information regarding individual buildings, apartments and tenants.

The resulting solution not only provides richer information capture and retrieval, but also provides document management and assembly, allowing the generation and distribution of work orders, investor reports, and other key documents. At the end of the day, the property management client has twice the features at half the cost of the prior solution.
