 The Abacus Full Detail Power View pictured here is the equivalent of nine contact or matter level standard and custom reports, consolidated on one easy to read Power View. Simply scroll through your matter or contact list, and watch the information update in the Power View pane. To produce the same information without the 1-click Billing Reporter, you would have to run (or develop) the following reports in Billing Matters:
- Aged Accounts Receivable Summary
- Aged WIP

The 1-click Billing Reporter includes 8 Power Views--four each for Matters and Contacts. When the Power Views are combined with advanced filters such as All to Date, Year to Date, Current Month, Last Month, Today, Unbilled etc., dozens, if not hundreds of reporting possibilities are available. The included Power Views are as follows:
Full Detail Power View - Matter and Contact Level
This Power View is designed for the senior level partner, administrator, or billing manager. It includes full AR history, billing item durations and values with totals for both, a separate totals section for WIP with a WIP + AR total, and a full profitability report including Write-up/Down
Time Totals Power View - Matter and Contact Level
This Power View is designed for associates or mid-level staff that do not need access to the accounts receivable information and profitability reporting. It includes billing item durations and values with totals for both, and a separate totals section for WIP that does not include the WIP + AR total. The profitability report is excluded.
Time Totals Simplified Power View - Matter and Contact Level
This Power View is similar to the Time Totals Power View, but does not include a separate WIP total band. Since our Power Views respect filters (such as only show this month's unbilled time) this power View allows for a more streamlined view of filtered record sets, as in the example above.
No Detail Power View - Matter and Contact Level
This Power View is designed for firms that need to restrict access to slip value information, but still allow time keepers to review time for durations, expenses, and billing item status (such as no charge, do not bill, and hold). This Power View eliminates all dollar values other than expenses, and provides duration totals. It is perfect for reviewing the time spent on a given matter within a specific date range.
