Do you frequently email or fax a group of static documents all at once, and need a simple way to do it using Time Matters® email?? The "Saved Tag" Feature is the Key Tag a group of related documents on the Document List, and use the "Saved Tag" feature on the Document List Process button to assign a name such as "Marketing Package". Next time that group of documents needs to go out, simply open the Document List, choose the "Saved Tag" and the select either "Send Email" or "Send Fax" from the Document List Process button to send the entire group. There is no "Print" option on the process menu, however the tags will help identify a group of documents so that you can right-click -> print each one of them quickly. |
