I had a SQL query utility built that moves the current balance of account from Billing Matters to a Time matters field. This is necessary if you must export data from both the TM and BM side of the program. For example for reports or to the credit bureau to update balances. I also ran a VB script which scheduled the update to run itself each night, or I can click a button to instantly update.

The administrator has disabled public write access.
